The majority of people who order a takeaway consume a ludicrous amount of calories, and the fact is people aren’t bothered how many calories they’re going to be consuming. Of course, some options are more calorific than others, and here are three of the most disgusting high calorie takeaway foods:

Battered burger and chips

Yes that’s right, a battered burger. Not that a large ½ pounder patty doesn’t have enough fat in it already, but cover it in batter and throw it in the fryer, and you have yourself a heart attack, and that’s before it’s added to a bun with chips on the side.

Large Meat pizza

Okay not many of us can finish a large pizza from a popular chain in one go, but those who can will really be packing away the calories, and you can even choose stuffed crust options now too!

Large kebab

Everybody knows the meat in a standard doner kebab is not going to be great. It’s extremely fatty, greasy and unnecessary, and you could easily exceed your daily calorie allowance with one large doner kebab.
